Whats wrong with our Glow worm ultimate bolier, it keeps firing up?

Our boiler sounds like it is constantly firing up and when its not firing up it sounds like its ticking or sparking? The radiators are not getting as hot but they are warm. It's a Glow-worm ultimate boiler.

grumpymum it sounds like you have the same problem i had last year you should get it cheeked out straight away i think i left it to late and ended up paying for a new circuit board which cost over a £100 for the part sorry
