Just purchased a house and need the pass code. The system is an Ademco No. 4160-12 C-COM Control Communicator Version 3. There are 2 Security Center key pads, I have the installation instructions but I can't figure out how to reset the pass code.

power down the system then back up and within 45 secs press the * and # keys at the same time,,,,then hit *20 then put in your new 4 digit passcode,,,,then press *99 and your done

Was the alarm included in the sale/purchase of the house?
If so go back to the vendors for what you need - a working alarm that you paid for.
