Hi. I have a problem with my hot air(heating) getting in to car,when i turn on hot fan all i get is a ticking sound and no hot air. I have been told that the valve has gone behind the matrix. I have got down to the matrix box and taken the clips off, but cant see what is keeping the plastic box over the heater matrix.
Could you please give me any advice on this.

hi steve had same problem the fixing bolt is under the bonnet down by bulk head right hand side right by steering rack a pig to get to or just do what i did brake the casing off and put back with clips i will warn u this is a pig of a job conversion kit at vauxhall the cog in the heater motor has come off rail inside take heater motor apart put in a small spacer over cog so it cant come off job done mine works fine now
