how can i fix my electrolux cooker hood model efc 650?

no fan nolights.

I'm sure you've got this sorted by now as it was 2 years ago since you post this fried. For anyone else with a similar problem, it is most likely that the 3 amp fuse has blown and needs replacing. My hood was connected to the mains via a socket on the wall located behind the chimney. I managed to access this by removing a grid on the side of the chimney and feeling for the plug some way up the wall. Please make sure you disconnect from the mains by tripping the circuit from the main fuse box.
