my Schreiber APM 6114 fridge now freezes all the items in our fridge as opposed to chilling them. Would this be a thermostat issue? if so how easy are they to change on this model yourself as I have found the appropriate part.

I switched off the fridge for a 7-9 day period and when I came to switch it on again it hasn't retained a chilling capacity.....I have tried all the settings.
