Eureka 4499 belt change?

How do I change the belt on my Eureka 4499 upright vaccum cleaner?

There are 2 screws on the top of the cleaner's base (in the recesses of the plastic). When you have those out, lift the cover off of the base and then you will be able to get to the brushroller and belt.
