If you have Windows, go to Start, then to Settings then over to Control Panel - go to add and delete files and click. This will bring up a list of files on your computer. Click on Spy Guard and it should remove it completely.

The most recommended Spy Ware programs are free called SpyBot Search and Destroy and Ad-Aware you can find on google.

Delete Spy Guard 2008 manually

Download (absolutely free) Spybot Search & Destroy
and while you're at it get Microsoft's Windows Defender and CCleaner both also free - you may already have Windows Defender on your machine.
