I have been using an Epsom 700EX printer for a number of years with WIN95 and WIN98SE and the results were satisfactory. About a year ago I had to change my software to WINXP prof to allow me to download from my new digital camera. Even after this I could still use my printer OK. I use Photoshop 6 via import to set up my printer but I now get no response.At 86 years of age I am not very technically inclined.

If you printer has once worked with Windows XP there is no reason why it should not do so again. Can you for example print Microsoft Word documents? Perhaps reinstalling the printer driver would correct the fault.
