My speedfight will kick off first time bit smoky but ok as I'm riding for about 5mins at 30mph tops it cuts out over the slitest bump in the road and won't start for few mins after
Is it my cdi bypass or carb or fuel or genarator
Please help!

my speedfight 2 50cc carb keeps flooding whilst im riding, it feels as if its loosing power... so I allow the bike to stand and tick over for a minute and then its okay again for a couple minutes? once I have come to a stop and turned the bike off.. the carb once again throws out overflow. I have drain it several times but it keeps happening,
WHAT DO I DO?!

i had new coil and cap and bike still messing up

Mine does the same, but when it cuts out the fuel line has a air lock.
Pull the fuel line off and kick it over and fuel runs out.
Any ideas

I had a very peculiar issue with my Speedfight 2 2003 plate. It kept cutting out after driving a few minutes, kept back firing and was then difficult to re-start. i tried everything, change the carb, battery and air filter. Still no joy. it was like the engine was flooding, because the more I pulled back the throttle the more it would kill the engine. it could have only been one of two problems Fuel issue or electrical....... It turned out to be so simple.... The suppressor cap was showing a low resistance, I changed the HT coil and the cap.... it has worked perfectly ever since. So if your experienceing a lack of performance, misfire, stuttering..... New spark plug and suppressor cap... Good luck

I had a similar problem and a local bike shop guy wearing a mask & stripy jumper took a wad of notes from me to give me the benefit of his advice 'it's knackered mate'. My mate & I spent a few hours on Google & then got out the toolbox & set to work. The carb all checked out ok. We found that the Vacuum Fuel Pump diaphragm had split. This pump/valve is the outlet from the fuel tank and should only allow fuel to pass through when the engine is running. There is a pipe from the engine inlet to the pump and when there is a vacuum created this pulls on the diaphragm and allows fuel to flow. If this is not working the carb & engine flood. Easy to check, pull the fuel pipe off the valve, when the engine isn't running no fuel should run down your leg, if it does, replace the valve. Easy job, £15 for a new one. If fuel doesn't flow, your valve may be ok, kick the kick start to see if fuel flows as the engine turns then go back to the drawing board!
