how do i change the belt on a GE gas dryer model number DDG7280?

i need to change the belt that runs the drum on a GE model number DDG7280 gas dryer. I have the top opened up and the rear acess panel open to get to the pulley. How do i get the belt around the drum?

*Remove the top and front panel.
*pull the drum forward to remove.
*Wrap the belt around the metal axle ribbed side against the metal
*Lead the belt around the plastic pulley. This is important. Both sides must go around the outside of the plastic pulley. Note that there are two ruts for the belt to run through. The belt should move the pully against the spring allowing for slack when wrapping the belt around the drum
*Pulling the belt should allow for you to wrap the belt around the drum.
*Push the drum forward to resecure and turn the drum. The belt should situate itself.
