Got plugs tested, all checked out fine.
Suggested could be a cylinder losing compression

Likley to be the glowplugs. If engine still starts after a couple of attempts likley to only have one gone. Get a garage to do resistance test and they will be able to issolate which one has gone. Would be tempted to replace the lot though!
