Handbrake and ABS warning lights staying on?

I own a 1998 Ford Mondeo GLX. A cell Blew in my car battery as i was trying to jump start the car. I have had to replace the battery but now on my instrument panel, the warning lights for my hand brake and ABS are staying illuminated. I think they must have been shorted.

How can I fix this problem?
