jcb 3cx stuck in gear ?

had an unknown transmission fluid leak will not come out of first gear now, maybe fused to gear? any comments or help on engine strip?

if its syncro box, the lever might have popped out of selector. if its powershift, could be solenoid, wiring, or pistons in clutch packs sticking.
