Changed the engine after belt failure now I can't get it to start

just started having fuel problems with van only when going up a slop red light comes on with glow plug picture on it and van looses power going from 70 to 30 mph really dangerous

vauhall vivaro 1.9 di 52 plate van not starting, no fuel being pumped from fuel tank, pump in tank ok if you give seperate live feed to pump, fuel pumping ok,,,, replaced fuel pump relay, cranksensor, can any one help

in tank fuel pump not fitted on many of these vans in fact there is a notice published recommending that these are disonnected & isolated when fitted as are causing running faults

The relay for the fuel pump is under the expantion water bottle on the right hand side of the engine compartment.It is under a black plastic cover.A small black relay.
