Bleed a radiator. At the top of a radiator on the side there is a small square nut use a radiator key and turn until water comes out, don't turn it to much or you will have trouble getting it back in, hold a small bowl underneath to catch the water, when you have about half a pint of water in the bowl turn the key back to stop the water then check your pressure gauge if still to high repeat untill the gauge pressure is in 1.0 - 1.5 range.
