I recently bought my house and incuded was a ACCENTA 8 mini alarm system. However no instructions were left or pass code! what do i do?the alarm key pad has a green and a red illumination so i am assuming that it works, this is all the dtail I have

Afraid the user manual will not help, you will need the existing code to be able to change it to something else - think about it.

An engineer to crash/reprogramme the panel is the way to go I'm afraid.

If you can find the installation manual you might be able to do it yourself, but ..... not so easy for a novice.
