Accenta key pad "beeping" noise when doors are opened?

I had to turn the fuse box off when doing some wiring, when power was resupplied the Accenta key pad no longer "beeps" when an external door is opened. There is no model No on the pad, five buttons at the bottom of the pad, from left to right, are annotated, chime, omit, reset, prog & set.
Does anybody know how I can set it so that the doors opening activates the "beep".
Many thanks for any help.

To switch off chime press reset or, on some panels, chime 0

To activate the chime function you have to press "chime" then the zone number you want chime to work on . pressing each number toggles the zone on or off, eg if you want to chime zone 3 then pressing button 3 repeatingly will turn it on or off. the zone is activated if the zone light is on.
