Recently i got a code c9 error, i replaced the brushed and reset the machine. The drum spins normally up until it reaches the spin part of the wash, At this point the motor makes all the noice of a machine spining but the drum slows down to a crawl. how do i fix this? please help

could be a faulty motor winding or a motor control pcb fault.without test gear its hard to say which.may be the worn brushes have damaged the motor but this is only a guess!
