How can I fix my van?

I have a 1987 Ford Van, E250, 6 cyl, AC. Squeals when started and chirps when AC on.

Sounds like you need to retighten the ac belt ....sqeeling becaus its loose .....check condition of belt also .if it looks cracked on the inside of the V belt you`ll proably need to replace it ...might need to remove other belts to get it on and off ....check these belts too ..no sense in double trouble
