new clutch slipping?

i had a new clutch and recon gearbox fitted to my peugeot 106 diesel about 3 or 4 months ago but it is now slipping under acceleration loads. any ideas ?

could be g/box input shaft oil seal leaking and contaminating clutch plate, have you checked that there is play in clutch withdrawal lever -if not then your problem could be over adjusted cable!
