SAMSUNG WATER AND ICE DISPENSER STOPPED WORKING?

SAMSUNG RS21FCNS 19.6CF AMERICAN FRIDGE FREEZER ICE AND WATER DISPENSERS STOPPED WORKING. EVERYTHING ELSE WORKING OK. CHECKED FOR WATER BLOCKAGE BY BYPASSING FILTER STILL NO WATER OR ICE. SQUARE ICE MAKING TRAY HAS ICE IN BUT NO WATER. ANY IDEAS AS TO WHAT HAS PACKED UP?
