I had a problem with my Scenic immobiliser, I got the code from a Renault dealer and now have to load that in every time using the internal door lock button on the dash. Fair do's, they did give it to me for free on production of my V5 certificate. It takes about 40 secs to start every time unless you leave the car on standby with the key in and lock it with a different key!!
