hi all
I'm working for try to repair my motor controller 2100e revA for pro form 400
Q5 is broken in c.c. and I need to change R45 and R46 that are burned but I'm not able to read the value
If you know where I can find the schematic or values of these resistors thanks

I found that R17 was shorting to the ground bus just beneath it, The board produced a loud pop and blew a piece of the run right off the board. R17 must be handling high voltage it is tied to the A+ terminal which can go from 0-100Vdc, there is just not enough insulation or clearance to ground this is just a poor design. After replacing R17 however I have encountered a new issue, now when I power on, I get the display at the control panel, and incline works fine, but the controller LED never lights up, and I get no speed. I think a amp blew, but without a schematic I am left looking up datasheets on components and tracing runs, unless any one else has any details.

R17 = 510 ohm

what about R32 ?
anyone knows?

Hi,

Did you manage to find a cct diagram, I am trying to find the same?

Can anyone give the the output voltage and current on the MC-2100. I am finding it very difficult to get any info on the motor drivers boards

Here is a good link if you can clearly see the colored lines on your R17 resistor http://www.kpsec.freeuk.com/components/resist.htm

If you find any info on this, please post it.

I also have a bad MC-2100 board. R17 resistor in the power supply appears to be burned out.

If anyone knows what resistance R17 should be (its all burnt) I could easily replace it.

Thanks!
