Hi, our register is reading PP00 and has completely frozen (with the days takings and float securely inside! ) None of the keys are opperational, it makes no difference turning it off and then on again....please help me???

Hi. 'PP' means paper jam or printer failure. Make sure you have checked for any paper stuck in the guides or paper path. Check that there is nothing stuck in the printer. Make sure you can turn the motors or gears freely. Once you have worked out what is jamming it, turning the power off and on in REG mode should bring it back to life. If not, take it to a dealer to have the printer serviced.
