Does anybody know where to find a list of Hotpoint fault codes?

Alternately My sister-in-law has a machine which had simultaneous blinking on/off, mini load and rinse hold indicators.

From what she tells me the fill valve opens initially, there is no excess wter in the drum, she thinks she can hear the drum motor running but the drum won't turn.
If the drum is belt driven i suspect that, but if it's direct drive I'm thinking it must be the motor controller pcb?

Help would be great as I haven't had a chance to see the machine yet.
