I am thinking that you tried to wash the screen when the pump was frozen solid so fuse will have blown
behind the glove box is a fuse box and behind that fuse box is another fuse box look up to the right of the front casing and you will see a clip that springs out and front fuse box hinges down and washer bottle fuse is in there
