unscrew the two screws at either side of the blast tube. take same off, with a vice grips grip just below the nozzle and then with a spanner unscrew the nozzle from its holder. make sure to replace with similar nozzle and also the electrodes should be cleaned, the two pronged object just above the nozzle. take care to make sure no one turns on heating or heating is not on timer as the electrodes emit 10,000 volts of electricity and will blast you into next week! hope this helps...
