hotpoint DB32 double oven , main oven element not working ?

main oven element not heating up , top oven and grill element slighly warm , fan and lights work on both ovens/grill , is this a thermostat problem ?

hi could be just the main oven element thats faulty if fan is working if you open the door there is 4 srews holding a cover/plate on at the back of the oven remove these and you should be able to see the element it is usually held on by 1 screw and a clip at the bottom if you take the element out remove the cables but try not to let them fall through the holes if they do you will have to take the back off the oven use a continuity tester to see if there is continuity if not then the element has blown and you need a new one, hope this helps
