Printer not printing? Samsung ER4915?

We changed the journal tape on our Samsung ER 4915 and now the receipts won't print but the journal does. Please help!

That's very strange. the journal should not affect the receipt at all. Does the receipt paper feed out while you are entering items in the sale? Make sure you haven't accidentally turned the receipt off. (Replies don't work properly, so please answer with a new question)
