there's a little hole on out going pipe,i tried duck tape.water comes out?

anybody have good ideas on how to fix it please

Use silicone but make sure it is suitable for wet areas. Slightly enlarge the small hole so you can get some silicone in to it. Then bind the area with hose repair tape available from many hardware stores or appliance parts agents.

cut it at the leak and join it with a piece of copper pipe pushed inside and secured with jubilee clips.silicon might work but I wouldn't trust it long term.
