My mower keeps on cutting out changed plug already and ajusted gap on it. Also could do with picture of were throttle cable and springs go around the carb slider is. is there a gap measurement in the stator were the spark plug gets its power from

Sounds like a fuel problem rather than electrical- however the air gap for the armature is the thickness of cornflake packet cardboard.
