Has anyone experienced a sound with the filter problem? I cleaned the filter (haven't removed the pump, yet) and it did not resolve my problem. It sounds like the motor, but I'm afraid to take apart. Sears service was here, today, however, he only reseated the shocks and balanced the washer more. He left and I still have the same problem...trying to reschedule (I did buy a Protection Agreement).
