Could be one of 3 things. Error code 104 means there is a communication error between display board & main controller board. First thing to check is the drain pump as this is used as part of the power supply. Check resistance of copper winding, if less than 33 ohms replace the pump. If you don't have access to a test meter you could try another known good pump & see if that helps. If pump is ok, then either the control module or the display board is faulty and will need to be replaced. Only way to check first is replace one at a time with a known good one. No point buying both as it would be an expensiv way to repair. Try to borrow one to try it first or else call a repair company.
