When i switch both the top and bottom ovens on, i can hear the fans running but it is cold air that is blowing out. Both temperature lights are coming on ok. This happened to both ovens at the same time - which makes me think it might be a thermostat problem. We replaced the element to the bottom oven 12 months ago. Please can you advise?
