If you take the front off by pushing it upwardly you will be looking at 4 seperate pipes like cooling towers running into the burner with each having the pilot injector at the base.Take the radiants out very carefully then get yourself a bit of rubber tube that you can blow with.Place the tube across the burner and blow like hell running it across the burner as you blow.Hopefully you should see bits of fluff come out of the base of the chimney.You can also hold the tube to the base of the pipe and blowupwardly.Again dust should come out of the burner.You should then revert back to a nice blue flame.

Burning yellow means it is not getting enough air through it,take it apart as much as you can and hoover every hole and nook and cranny that you can get to,the fire sucks in air and with it dust which blocks the pilot hole up reducing the air flow.
