when i try to do a video conversation on my advent laptop 5421 it freezes. webcam works fine when i test it. have bought a new router from virgin and uped my broadband to 10mb. have taken it back to currys and they say its my wireless connection but it says my signal is excellent and i have no problem getting on the internet

sorry for double post, but just some info, i am on vigin media with 10mb, and i have a belkin router.
i do think that the internet connection is a problem for me, as when i am on msn, and only one of us are on webcam, the connection is fine and it doesnt (hardly) freeze.
i am going to upgrade to 20mb with virgin media and see if the problem is still here.. i will post again of my findings.
