hi could be just the filter if you remove the small panel on the back of the mahine at the bottom you will see a black pipe clipped to the bottom of the drum leading to the pump, the filter is inside this pipe if you unclip it you will be able to check it try to bail out as much water as possible so water doesnt go everywhere, if this is clear unscrew the pump and check this isnt blocked but note the pump housing is usually screwed from underneath so you may have to tilt the machine forward a bit to unsrew.
