same here. can be really embarassing when it won't idle properly when cold. i've had the automatic choke out and you can unscrew part of it so the needle isn't sticking out as much, therefore letting more fuel through. then when the choke warms up the gap closes. seems to help starting up but very sluggish until it is fully warmed up. it's just finding the right compromise between better cold starting and better performance...
wish i'd bought something better now, if you're thinking of buying a ped DON'T GET A PEUGEOT!!!
