fiesta idle problem?

my fiesta p reg, has an intermittent low idle problem, at times its fine but at others its revs hunt from around 500 to 250 revs until after about 1 minute it stalls.
I've replaced plugs and leads, and has also had a new low idle sensor (2 yrs ago)? Any ideas??

sounds like the idle control valve is sticking and needs cleaning out, another part which may need a clean is the throttle body housing
