I have a 5 year old Smegg double under unit electric oven and the bottom oven won't heat up.The fan comes on as does the light and the grill, but the oven function does not heat up at all. Could this be a fuse in the oven somewhere, or has an element gone ? If so , can I replace it fairly cheaply and easily?
