hotpoint wma9?

The machine will not spin I have reset on program but no help
washes but at end of cycle still wet does drain water away.

Hi Ivan,
You can try unblocking the filter in the back.
First unplug from power source, then remove the plate at the back, there is a rubber hose undo the jubilee clips and remove the filter with ball and clean them.
