How can I get the monitor to work?

When I turn my computer on, the monitor dosn't work. I try clicking the power button on its side but nothing happens. I have also checked all the loose wires. How can I get it to strart working again?

If it is completely dead, check the fuse in the plug.If that is ok,then you have power supply problems.
