how can i fix my renault clio?

i am trying to change the front brakes and discs on 1995 renault clio 1.4 but the bolts seem to be seized and i have tried everything i can think of to release them without success.

the bolts holding the calipres to the axle will take a lot of force so use a standard 1/2 drive socket with a 28 inch extension bar. You will probably need to put the front of the car on axle stands to get some clearance.Make sure the socket is the correct fit and doesnt slip.
