I need a step by step guide on how to remove and replace the F23 gearbox on my 2001 vectra vectra est.

If you dont know ide recomend a garage,its a 6hr job>The front subframe and suspension needs removing then access to the gearbox is easy and will come out.If you,ve never done one you,ll be on it all day plus.
