dials not working?

I HAVE A 2001 NISSAN TERRANNO. i set the clock to the right time and now none of the gauges work. No speedo, revcounter,fuel gauge. Checked fuses which seem ok. help

Fixed it. Pulled out all the fuses and replaced them with ignition turned off. Everything now working but i still don't know why.
