i have a white knight condenser tumble dryer and it makes a very loud noise when it's in use and it drives me spare has anyone got any idea why this is???

I`m having the same problem with mine...sounds like somethings catching when the drum is turning but the drum is actually turning fine. I would also find it helpful if anyone could tell me why!
