Servis M9614 Washer/Dryer - Needs Reset?

I have an M9614 which seems to have messed up its computer - although I am clueless when it comes to appliances, so I don't know.

Certain washes have different 'maximum spin', which lights up when I select the wash, but it's confused some of them and, though about half are correct, the others are all mixed up.
Because of this, it's filling with water when I set it to spin, or to dry, and this was how I first spotted the problem. Turning the dial to reset doesn't fix the problem, I've tried turning the power off, it's still there when I turn it back on - as expected, of course.

I assume it's something to do with the onboard memory because of the muddling of these settings, but is this likely to be reflecting a hardware problem? Is there a reset sequence I can use to reset the software? The manual doesn't list anything useful in this situation.
