baumatic oven?

my cooker oven will not heat up on the fan setting, but will heat up on the no fan setting so it cant be the elements or the thermostat. Anybody got any idea's.

there is a fan heating element which is a seperate element that only operates when fan oven selected,so although you say it's not the element I would say it probably is.the fan element is behind the panel where you can see the fan blade rotating
