what gas does a gas cooker use if converted to LPG?

I am interested in buying a dual fuel range with Gas hob and electric oven The cooker can be converted to LPG Is the gas like the calor gas bottles and easily purchasable?

Yes, but only Propane gas should be used (RED cylinders). Do not use Butane (BLUE) .
Ensure cylinders are fixed in a wall bracket OUTSIDE the house together with the regulator.
Contact Calor Gas on 0800 626626 for a copy of the relevant guide.
