most times when i turn the main oven on, the main fuse trips on the consumer unit ,only the main oven. top oven and grill also burners are fine

You may not have your clock set properly. If the 'cookpot' is showing in the timer display then it thinks you're trying to set the timer and won't light the main oven. resetting the clock should solve the problem.
